About This Project
I have been actively involved in the Aelius Förderwerk e.V. since June 2021, taking on different roles and responsibilities over time.
Münchner Regionalgruppe (Jun 2021 - Sep 2023)
As a member of the Munich regional group, I was involved in organizing and conducting workshops at schools. These workshops allowed us to directly connect with potential mentees for our Dialog Chancen program. I also represented Aelius at various student fairs to find both new mentees and dedicated volunteers.
IT Bereichsleitung (Sep 2023 - Present)
Since September 2023, I have taken over the role of Head of IT. My main responsibilities include the administration of our digital infrastructure. Besides the administration, Aelius is a growing organization, which reflects in the requirements for our IT infrastructure, the need for automated processes and structural adjustments.
Since Aelius is a social non-profit organization, aiming to provide value to pupils, the Aelius IT team is an interesting interface between technical details and non-technical stakeholders. We have to ensure that our IT infrastructure is not only functional and secure, but also user-friendly and accessible for all members of the organization, regardless of their (non-)technical background.
We focus on contributing to the optimization and improvement of internal processes.
